The Republican party has a tendency to be reactive instead of proactive. We like to “armchair quarterback” instead of getting involved to affect the outcome. If we want to start winning local elections, we need more republicans to get involved early. We cannot wait until early voting starts to get involved and expect to win. “Repeating the same thing and expecting a different result” is a definition of insanity. That being said, here are just a few ways for everyone to get involved in the process and help us to start winning local elections:
There are many ways to volunteer at many different levels. You can work with your local Precinct Executive, candidate, or a political group passing out literature, delivering yard signs or volunteering at events just to name a few.
Leading up to and on election day, there are many paid and unpaid jobs at the Board of Election.
SWORN released a statement praising the Supreme Court’s ruling on single-sex spaces but criticizing its decisions on birthright citizenship and post-Election Day mail-in ballots. The group called for all votes to be counted by Election Day’s end and urged the Ohio legislature to override Governor DeWine’s veto on absentee ballot voter ID.
SWORN reaffirmed its support for candidates who uphold the Constitution, defend Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, secure borders, and oppose socialist policies ahead of the November elections.

The Southwest Ohio Republican Network (SWORN) strongly endorses President Trump’s call for Congress to immediately pass the SAVE America Act, which requires proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration, mandates photo ID for all voters, and severely restricts mail-in ballots (allowed only for illness, disability, military, or travel).
SWORN also urges the Ohio General Assembly to override Governor Mike DeWine’s veto of legislation requiring photo ID for absentee ballots, calling the veto a dangerous loophole. The group is encouraging Southwest Ohio residents to contact their federal and state lawmakers to demand stronger election security measures.

SWORN condemns the use and abuse of taxpayer funds and the corruption from the top to bottom involved that leads to this situation.
When the American people are taxed at such a high level and the funds spent are so astronomical that oversight of what happens to those funds is lax, then clearly too much is being taken from the tax paying citizen and it’s a situation ripe for graft and corruption. There are few things that irk the American taxpayer more than when we see money taken from us via taxation only to have those funds abused and stolen.
When we learn, as we recently did thanks to the intrepid work of a young man named Nick Shirley, that those funds were being stolen and much of it funneled back into Somalia directly and quite a bit of those funds went to terrorist groups in the Middle East, we are beyond outraged. On January 12 nearly $700 million was confiscated by TSA at the John Glenn International Airport that was on it’s way to Somalia. Sadly this scandal is not unique in Minnesota. This is but only the most recent example of such programs being abused has become known in the media as the “Somali Day Care Center fraud”, but it’s much larger and deeper than that. It spider webs into other programs where exactly the same thing happened in recent years but has been largely forgotten.
We stand solidly behind President Trump and our brave men and women in uniform as they fight to end a 47 year old war with Iran. The President started nothing beyond ending a regime who has made war on the United States since its birth in 1979. Iran declared war on the US with the invasion of our embassy and taking hostage Americans who were there. Since those days Iran and her proxies have killed thousands of Americans across the world.
For 47 years we have heard "Death to America" echoing through the streets of Tehran. Time for us to retort, "Death to the Ayatollahs and their terror". The President has not started another forever war, he is ending one. Shame on those who have forgotten the history of the real danger Iran is and the fact the Democrats helped birth the oil fueled terrorist regime by abandoning an old American ally. It was Democrats who propped this regime up when both Obama and Biden sent the Ayatollahs billions of dollars on pallets in untraceable funds. Insanely fueling them with funds for their dangerous nuclear ambitions.
It's time for the Democrats and RINOs to get behind team America and our allies for a change and help us defeat this nearly 50 year old threat to world peace, the free flow of oil and global stability.

For Immediate Release
SWORN Urges Senate Action on the SAVE America Act
Southwest Ohio Republican Network (SWORN) is calling on the U.S. Senate to immediately take up the SAVE America Act, landmark legislation designed to strengthen election integrity and ensure that only American citizens vote in federal elections. The bill passed the U.S. House on February 11 and is now awaiting action in the Senate.
SWORN urges Senate Majority Leader John Thune to bring the SAVE America Act to the Senate floor and allow a full, open debate. A talking filibuster, requiring Senators to publicly explain their positions, reflects the original purpose of the filibuster and provides transparency on an issue of national importance.
Marcel Strbich, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel and candidate for Ohio Secretary of State, discusses his journey from military service to running for office. With twenty years in the Air Force including combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa, Strbich brings extensive leadership experience to his campaign. He explains that COVID-19, concerns about the 2020 election integrity, and the treatment of military personnel who questioned mandates motivated his decision to enter politics.
Election infrastructure vulnerabilities are non-partisan
A military professional identified specific technical gaps (uncoordinated databases, lack of mail-in verification) rather than partisan talking points, suggesting election security concerns transcend political ideology.

By the passing of the petition, the State Representatives and Senators will be forced to act and reform property taxes. We The People have the power to abolish property taxes altogether, creating the modern-day Boston Tea Party in the fight against Ohio’s outrageously out of control budget that is dramatically affecting property taxes.
Property taxes are too high, but the solution is not raising other taxes or cutting essential services, like roads, police, fire, or schools.
Across Ohio and the nation, data centers are being built at a record pace. AI, cloud computing, and digital storage have created a modern-day gold rush for land, water, and power. Progress is good and most Americans aren’t rejecting AI itself. What they are rejecting is being shut out of the decision-making process. Communities want transparency, responsible planning, and a seat at the table about what these data centers mean for the community.
